Gift Cards

We no longer sell The Springs branded gift cards. If you are looking to give a gift to a loved one to visit The Springs, we accept cash, checks, all major credit cards (including Visa/Mastercard/Amex gift cards available at most major retailers).

The Springs branded gift cards do not expire and can still be redeemed. All prior sales of gift cards will be honored for payment in our new software. You MUST present the card/certificate at time of service to redeem – they are not attached to a patient account.
